COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH

A combined clarity workshops and design process for founders ready to realign and move forward with direction

When your business grows, things often become unclear: your offer, your direction, how everything connects. This process brings it back into focus. We start with clarity: structuring your offer and direction, then translate that into a design that actually reflects where your business is now.

  • If things already feel clear: your offer, your direction, how you communicate, then design alone can work.

But most founders come to me because something feels off or unclear. In that case, starting with clarity avoids redesigning something that isn’t fully thought through yet.

  • That’s exactly when this works best.

You don’t need to come in with answers: just a sense that things aren’t as clear or aligned as they should be. We use the workshop to untangle that together.

  • Not necessarily.

Some clients need a full reset, others just need to realign certain parts of their business. The process adapts to what’s actually needed: you’re not forced into a full rebrand if it’s not necessary.

  • Clarity workshops are focused sessions.

The design phase depends on scope, but overall, this is meant to be efficient and structured: not a long, drawn-out process.

  • Yes, and that’s often how it happens.

Each workshop gives you clarity and direction in a certain area. From there, you can continue with me in design, or use that clarity to move forward with another design agency.
